The quality of AI-generated imagery has reached a point where the difference between a professional photograph and an AI portrait is virtually undetectable. We refine every image specifically to eliminate the telltale signs...weird hands, off eyes, unnatural lighting, so what you get looks like a real photoshoot.

Good news! You don't need professional photos. Clear, well-lit selfies and snapshots work perfectly. We'll send you simple guidelines after you order, but in general: face visible, decent lighting, a few different angles. That's it.

5–15 photos gives us the best range to work with. More angles and expressions = better results. With fewer photos, the images may not look 100% exactly like you or your loved ones.

Exactly what it says: 72 hours for Starter/Spark/Good Boy packages, 48-72 hours for Signature-level, 24-48 hours for Premium-level. That's delivery, not "we'll start working on it." You'll have portraits in your inbox within that window.
