Will the AI photos actually look like me?
Yes. That's the whole point, and it's what we obsess over. We don't create a generic "attractive person." We create you. Your features, your expression, your energy, just elevated. If the likeness isn't right, that's exactly what revisions are for. Please Note: With less than 5 photos, the images may not look 100% exactly like you or your loved ones.
Can people tell it's AI?
The honest answer: not unless you tell them. The quality of AI-generated imagery has reached a point where the difference between a professional photograph and an AI portrait is virtually undetectable. We refine every image specifically to eliminate the telltale signs...weird hands, off eyes, unnatural lighting, so what you get looks like a real photoshoot.
What kind of photos do I need to send you?
Good news! You don't need professional photos. Clear, well-lit selfies and snapshots work perfectly. We'll send you simple guidelines after you order, but in general: face visible, decent lighting, a few different angles. That's it.
How many photos should I upload?
5–15 photos gives us the best range to work with. More angles and expressions = better results. With fewer photos, the images may not look 100% exactly like you or your loved ones.
How long does delivery actually take?
Exactly what it says: 72 hours for Starter/Spark/Good Boy packages, 48-72 hours for Signature-level, 24-48 hours for Premium-level. That's delivery, not "we'll start working on it." You'll have portraits in your inbox within that window.
What if I don't like the result?
That's what revisions are for. We'll adjust background, styling, mood, pose, expression, colours, or lighting. Whatever isn't right. You get 2–3 revision rounds depending on your package (5 for premium tiers). Our goal is simple: you love it.
What counts as a revision vs. a new image?
Revisions include adjusting the background/setting, changing the styling or mood, modifying pose or expression, and adjusting colours or lighting. A revision is refining what exists. Creating a completely different style (say, switching from a professional headshot to a fantasy portrait) or starting from scratch is a new image or package, not a revision.
